In October, Lexus sold 16324 vehicles in China, up 11.2% from the same period last year. After the price increase of the new Lexus car, it has a certain supporting effect on its overall price rise.
So far, Lexus has launched 11 series and 18 models in China, mainly the sales of ES, RX and NX models. So far this year, Lexus has launched the UX compact SUV, the new RX, the RX 450hL 6-seat and 7-seat layout models. In addition, Lexus's new MPV model, the LM, which is based on Toyota's Elfa and made its debut at this year's Shanghai auto show, is also scheduled to go on sale in China.
At the recent Tokyo Motor Show, Lexus unveiled its electrification vision, planning to launch Lexus's first plug-in hybrid and a new electric vehicle platform within the next three to five years; it is expected that by 2025, all Lexus models will be available in electrified versions, and sales of electrified models will surpass those of traditional power models.
