Ms. Zhang cannot accept such a situation, because there is no guarantee that the same thing will happen again. In the end, the 4S store offered to replace the steering machine and be willing to give Ms. Zhang some compensation, but Ms. Zhang was determined to return the car.
As any consumer, it is unacceptable for a new car to have problems, not to mention that vehicle lock-up is indeed a serious problem, which is out of control.
In response to this matter, the lawyer also said that the failure of the vehicle system falls within the scope of the automobile three-package law, and consumers can ask for a return and replacement of the car within 60 days from the date of the invoice or within 3000 kilometers. Ms. Zhang's steering machine exceeds the time limit, so it can only be replaced. The lawyer also said that if the vehicle can not be replaced twice, consumers can only ask the seller and manufacturer to return the car.
At present, the two sides are still negotiating a solution, and Ms. Zhang said that the negotiation will not consider the possibility of going through judicial channels to safeguard their rights.
