It is understood that Beijing Jinkai Hongda car Leasing Co., Ltd. was established in December 2013, with a registered capital of 5.5 million yuan. Its main business includes car rental, sales of auto parts and family labor services.

It is worth noting that in terms of online car-hailing and smart travel, Weima Automobile acquisition and joint venture has set up four leasing companies.

In April 2018, Weimar acquired Shanghai Junyou car Rental Service Co., Ltd for 15 million yuan. In January 2019, Weima Automobile and Meituan reached a cooperation, and the two sides established Weima Zhaopin Travel Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. In June 2019, Weima Automobile's Zhejiang Konos data Technology Co., Ltd. added "ride-hailing service". In July 2019, Weima Automobile Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established.

Weima Automobile's shared travel brand "GETnGO namely passenger Bank" signed a cooperation agreement with Hainan Transportation Investment Holdings Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in April this year. Weima Automobile plans to put more than 2000 new energy vehicles into operation in Hainan Province in the next three years, making it the largest new energy vehicle sharing travel service platform in Hainan Province.

Taking the shared travel business as a way to drive sales growth has become a way for many car companies to bet on the market. In October, Weimar announced a partnership with the State Grid to connect the passenger bank's APP to 90, 000 self-built charging piles.

From January to September 2019, under the influence of the decline of new energy vehicles and the downturn of the automobile market, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China declined seriously. In September, sales of new energy vehicles in China were 80,000, down 34.2% from a year earlier, according to the China Automobile Association. Of these, sales of pure electric vehicles were 63000, down 33.1% from a year earlier, and sales of plug-in hybrid vehicles were 17000, down 38.4% from a year earlier.

After three months of subsidy decline, sales of new energy vehicles have yet to grow. If nothing happens, the sales of new energy vehicles in China will continue to decline in October this year, which leads to doubts about the development of new energy vehicles in the industry.

With the decline of the car market and the dilemma of the development of new energy vehicles, Weima Automobile began to speed up the layout of car rental business, but the current development of Weima Automobile is still in a bottleneck period.

In September, Weimar delivered 1344 vehicles, a sharp drop of 38.21% from the previous month. In the first three quarters, the cumulative delivery volume of Weimar was only 12656, a far cry from the annual delivery target of 100000.
