On November 6, Dongfeng Nissan officially announced its October sales. Data show that from January to October this year, Dongfeng Nissan accumulated sales of 926,200 vehicles, a year-on-year growth of 0.5%; October this year, Dongfeng Nissan sales of 108026 vehicles, a year-on-year growth of 1%. In the current automobile market downturn environment, Dongfeng Nissan sales achieved a slight increase.

In terms of car models, the sales volume of Xuanyi in October was 42568 vehicles, up 6.3% year-on-year; the cumulative sales volume from January to October was 351110 vehicles. Two generations of Xuanyi are sold in the same hall. The old Xuanyi terminal has a discount of 25,000 yuan, which makes it difficult for many consumers to resist; while the brand-new generation Xuanyi has obviously improved its product power in terms of modeling, space, configuration, etc., and the sales volume continues to rise.

Teana's performance is also extraordinary. In October this year, the sales volume of Teana was 10130 vehicles, which has sold more than ten thousand vehicles for three consecutive months, but there is still a certain gap compared with Camry, Accord and other models. On October 14,2020 Teana was officially launched, giving consumers a variety of choices in car selection.

In addition, although the sales volume of Qida and Blue Bird, represented by young fashion, did not reach tens of thousands, they also achieved year-on-year growth. Among them, the sales volume of Qida in October was 7645 vehicles, with a year-on-year growth of 31%; the sales volume of Blue Bird in October was 4667 vehicles, and the cumulative sales volume from January to October was 38971 vehicles, with a year-on-year growth of 4.2%.

In terms of SUV models, Qijun sold 17907 vehicles in October and 176287 vehicles cumulatively from January to October, with a year-on-year growth of 6.9%; Qijun's sales volume is hot mainly because the terminal has certain discounts, plus ProPILOT super intelligence system and L2 automatic driving system, so that it has certain advantages in the auction at the same level.

The sales volume of hackers in October was 18406 vehicles, with a year-on-year growth of 9.3%. The cumulative sales volume from January to October was 147851 vehicles, with a year-on-year growth of 10%; the brand-new generation of hackers had certain improvement in appearance, interior and configuration, plus the preferential treatment of terminals, which was basically consistent with the price of old hackers.

In addition, the sales volume of Jinke in October was 4002 vehicles, and the cumulative sales volume from January to October reached 37075 vehicles; the sales volume of Loulan in October was 2183 vehicles, and the cumulative terminal sales volume from January to October was 19319 vehicles.

Regarding Dongfeng Nissan's October performance, incoming Nissan President and CEO Makoto Uchida said Nissan's October sales picked up despite the overall industry downturn in October and January-October. With the core models such as the seventh generation ALTIMA, the 14th generation Xuanyi, Qijun, Xiaoke, Kicks Jinke and Qichen D60, Nissan's automobile and passenger car business segment continued to outperform the market.
