Mr. Liang said that the problem of jitter and abnormal noise had been reported to the 4S store many times, but the reply was that there was nothing wrong with the car, until last month the 4S store asked a technician from the manufacturer to conduct an inspection of Mr. Liang's car. I got a different answer.

The manufacturer tested the owner of Mr. Liang's car and got the result that the electromechanical unit was damaged. Mr. Liang said that he had reported the related problems to the 4S store many times for half a year, but the 4S store had not found the car fault and there was some fault.

4S store said that Mr. Liang came to test vehicles in accordance with the standard process, testing and road test, the fault phenomenon in the pre-test process is not obvious, and the data is normal, submit the relevant data to Shanghai Volkswagen, the reply is also normal.

Later, Shanghai Volkswagen discovered the fault, and the solution was to replace the mechanical and electrical unit parts, but Mr. Liang did not accept it. Mr. Liang thought that it had been half a year since the fault was discovered, and the gearbox had also been affected to a certain extent. The gearbox needs to be replaced.

The 4S store said that the electromechanical unit components are connected by hydraulic pressure, and in theory, the damage to the electromechanical unit will not affect the quality of the gearbox. In response to Mr. Liang's request, the 4S store said that it is willing to extend the warranty. If Mr. Liang insists on replacing the gearbox, he can submit Mr. Liang's proposal to the manufacturer.
