At the 2019 eighth China (Hangzhou) problem Auto Show, more than 100 problem vehicles gathered, attracting thousands of people to watch. There were different brands of problem vehicles at the scene, each with its own problems, and one of them, Ms. Sun, came to the scene and complained about the "tire eating" problem of the Mercedes-Benz S320. She said that the Mercedes-Benz S320 bought at the Mercedes-Benz Hengyang store had changed 17 tires in just four years, and what was more fatal was that five flat tires occurred on the highway. The owner of the car said he had picked up his life.

On April 18, 2015, Ms. Sun bought a Mercedes-Benz S320l at the 4S store in Hengyang, which cost 968000 yuan at that time. According to Ms. Sun, her car had three flat tires just after driving for more than 3000 kilometers, and then there were three more flat tires when driving more than 6000 kilometers, five of which occurred on the highway, which frightened Ms. Sun and said she had picked up her life.

What frightened Ms. Sun most was the third flat tire, when she was driving on the Yue Lin Expressway, and she was the only one on the bus. Suddenly there was a flat tire in the front wheel and the car got out of control. Ms. Sun desperately controlled the car and finally stopped in the middle of the highway. After stopping the car, Ms. Sun watched the truck coming on the highway and was frightened. She quickly climbed to the edge of the highway. She crouched on the ground and shivered for about four minutes before she calmed down.

It has been 4 years since Ms. Sun picked up her car for 15 years, and she has changed 17 tires back and forth. During this period, she also went to the 4S store to ask for an explanation, but the 4S store did not respond. In desperation, Ms. Sun sought a legal way, and the judgments of the first and second instance both stated that this was a quality problem, and quality tests had been done in Beijing, all of which proved that the deviation of the suspension system was more than 50%, and it was useless to change the tire. However, the 4S store proposed that compensation can only be made by replacing second-hand cars on the grounds of mileage.

Ms. Sun said that the court's ruling was that the 4S store recycled her Mercedes-Benz S320 according to the price of the used car, but Ms. Sun thought it was a quality problem, and now the used car was worthless, so she disagreed and has now appealed to the higher people's Court.

According to Ms. Sun, over the past four years, more than 380000 yuan has been spent on maintenance, legal fees, and tire replacement, but the matter has not yet been resolved, so we have no choice but to go to the Hangzhou auto show to protect our rights.
