The so-called hunting version can be directly understood as a more advanced, sportier station wagon, including Porsche Panamera, Mercedes-Benz CLS also have corresponding hunting version models.

According to the imaginary map exposed by foreign media before, Volkswagen CC hunting version has the shape of traditional station wagon, the tail is more smooth and round, and combined with the positioning of CC original sports car, it has the name of hunting version.

It is expected that there will be no change in power, and two 2.0T models of 330TSI and 380TSI will be provided, among which the 2.0T engine of 330TSI version has a maximum output of 186 horsepower and a peak torque of 320 N·m; the maximum output of 380TSI version is 220 horsepower and the peak torque is 350 N·m. The drivetrain is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, while the hunting version may also launch a four-wheel drive version.

At present, the guidance price of Volkswagen CC is 24.68- 301,800 yuan, and the price of hunting model with slightly higher positioning will be increased accordingly. At the same time, it will take about one year from the first body-in-white to mass production. It is expected that the domestic CC hunting version will be launched in the second half of next year.

CC is a high-value model of Volkswagen products, with frameless doors and unique design of hatchback body, but the market sales volume is not high, for Volkswagen also adhere to a domestic positioning of a niche market hunting version, netizens also shouted "convinced". Data show that Volkswagen CC sold 447 units in October and 16383 units in the previous October.
