Mr. Shi said that because the mileage of the spark plug had reached its limit, the car was sent to the 4S store to change the spark plug around October 25, while the gearbox oil was changed. after the change, there was no problem at the 4S store, so the car drove away.

Mr. Shi believes that the sudden cylinder burst of the engine belongs to the product quality problem and should not be borne by himself. In response to Mr. Shi's question, the person in charge of the Transworld Star Mercedes-Benz 4S store said that they initially tested that a cylinder of connecting rod was impacted by external force, which was caused by the entry of water or unknown liquid, and then broke in the case of high speed and heavy load. this situation is not covered by the warranty.

As the two sides failed to reach an agreement in the negotiation process, it was man-made or the product quality problem was difficult to define. Finally, the two sides chose to find a third party to identify the engine. Mercedes-Benz 4S store said that if the identification result is the damage caused by quality, they are willing to bear any losses in this regard.
