At present, in view of Ms. Chen's situation, the store said that they need to hear it in order to determine the specific problems of the vehicle, so as to carry out maintenance, even if the vehicle maintenance lasts for a year or two, there is no guarantee that it can be repaired. If Ms. Chen wants to compensate or return the car, she needs to provide a report from a third-party appraisal agency.
