At that time, we also noticed that the official website of NIO ES8 also marked "maximum mileage 500km" as publicity, while the actual comprehensive mileage of NEDC was 355km. In the real car environment, combined with various factors, the actual range is about 300 kilometers.

Under the criticism of Li Xiang and most of the media, many car companies have given up the maximum range as a promotional selling point, and only use the NEDC integrated life logo.

At present, the promotion of the maximum range has been removed from the official website of NIO, and only the words "comprehensive range of 355 km" appear on the home page.

Today, the comprehensive range of electric vehicles has risen to the industry level of about 500km, and the performance of the Lulai ES8355 km, which has encountered many disputes over the substantial reduction of mileage, is indeed not very competitive in the industry at present. And NIO set up a service team to power up and change the layout of the power station to further make up for the short service life.

The range advertised by domestic electric car companies can be divided into "60km/h constant speed range" and "NEDC comprehensive mileage". Obviously, the latter is the internationally recognized most authoritative test mode, because the domestic NEDC test is basically the same as the European NEDC test. On the contrary, the former has a sense of self-deception, the maximum mileage of constant speed has almost no reference significance, just as a propaganda means for car companies to confuse the public.

In the market competition, many independent brands use 60km/h constant speed as publicity to suppress competitors, and even use it as a way of naming.

For example, Geometry A, a new Geely electric car ready to go on the market, was promoted by official posters with a maximum range of 510 and 600, and the model name was also directly used for 510 and 600. Geely finally marked 410 and 500 km of integrated operating range, but the model name still continues the number of constant speed.

When the car is finally on the market, see if it will still use the maximum range as a means of publicity.

If this is still the case, in Li Xiang's words, not only use 60 constant speed to promote themselves, but also directly paste false mileage figures on the butt of the car, which is really a shameful means of propaganda.

Therefore, the premise for consumers to buy electric cars is to have a good understanding of them. the vast majority of ordinary users have no choice but to buy electric vehicles, and what they are most concerned about is the ability of driving, and do not be misled by the propaganda of manufacturers who are often 500 to 600 kilometers.
