On October 23, the owner went to the 4S store to pick up the car, and as the new car needed to be cleaned, it was pulled to be cleaned, but after the car was thoroughly cleaned, the owner found that there were many bad points in the new car that could not be cleaned, and became suspicious. However, under the explanation of the staff, it is said that this is a common fault of the vehicle, and production already exists, and the owner of the car did not think much about it and drove away.

On November 3, the car owner found that the paint surface of the trunk cover of the new car was cracked, so he was tested again after being sold. In the process of testing, the owner and maintenance personnel both found that the link of the right rear door of the car had been struck by a blunt instrument, and the paint metal surface was turned out, which was questioned again, but the maintenance personnel could not explain it, so the owner complained to Lincoln China.

After that, the sales staff and maintenance personnel tested the vehicle again, and the staff confirmed on the spot that the vehicle belonged to the original factory paint. As for the previous situation, the store would feedback to the manufacturer and need to wait for a reply from the manufacturer.

On November 7, the car owner came to Lincoln 4S store again to communicate, and the store responded to the previous situation, saying that the manufacturer had replied by email: the adjustment of the right back door is the adjustment of the factory. But the owner said the store did not issue the relevant manufacturer's mail. Due to the fruitless communication, the car owner was again told to go back and wait for a reply. In desperation, the car owner went to the judicial authority of Hunan Province to carry out vehicle identification and issued a report. The report shows that the vehicle is in a state of maintenance and is not a brand new car.

In this regard, the car owner invited the media to go to the 4S store again to ask for an explanation, but the problem still can not be solved. So far, we have not received any reply from the dealer's handling method.

In addition, the car owner also questioned the PDI test issued by the store, and the PDI test he received was all qualified, but the vehicles mentioned had all kinds of problems.

In July this year, the people's Court of Hanjiang District issued a judgment of first instance that 4S stores should "refund one for three" for sales fraud, return 460000 yuan for car purchase, and compensate 81800 yuan for various expenses such as insurance and licensing, and at the same time pay 1.38 million yuan for three times the amount of car purchase.
