In December 2017, au Yongjian was investigated by the organization on suspicion of serious disciplinary violations.

Accept bribes of more than 27.56 million yuan

The bribery case of au Yongjian is almost related to "Guangzhou Automobile Honda". The court found out that during his term of office, au Yongjian provided help to others through the convenience of his position in terms of applying for the right to sell Guangzhou Honda cars and the supply of popular models, and accepted bribes from Jin and other nine people (including cash, real estate, parking, etc.) totaling 26.8192 million yuan and 700000 Hong Kong dollars (about 743790 yuan).

According to au Yongjian's confession, a shareholder of an automobile company came to his home to pay New year's greetings and brought him a fruit basket with things wrapped in newspapers. Au Yongjian said: "I didn't ask him what was in it, but everyone knew it." Later, when I opened it and found that it was money, I didn't have a special reaction. I knew it was his heart. "

In addition, with the tendency to supply hot-selling models involved in the case, au Yongjian took advantage of his position to deploy more popular models such as Guangben Accord cars to some automobile sales companies, so as to receive good treatment fees. Around the first half of 2000, au Yongjian took the initiative to offer business support to the person in charge of an automobile industry trading co., Ltd., so that he could provide additional quotas for hot-selling models and asked for a good treatment fee of 2.5 million yuan. It is understood that at that time, a car in Guangben Accord not only had the 5% profit returned by the manufacturer, but also could be sold to consumers at a price increase of nearly 30,000 yuan.

Pay a bribe of 883000 yuan

From 2001 to 2008, in order to thank Lu Zhifeng, the then general manager of GAC GROUP (who has been put on file for review), au Yongjian gave Lu Zhifeng 300000 yuan and two golf club membership cards worth 550000 yuan (about 583000 yuan) in two bribes.

Commit the crime of obstructing the management of credit cards

From March 2005 to December 2013, au Yongjian used the identity cards of the above-mentioned persons without the consent of Pan, Li, Ma, and others. In the name of the above-mentioned persons, he applied for a total of 11 credit cards from Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank, Industrial Bank and other banks for his own use.

Mr au insists that most of the people who give him identity cards are his friends or classmates. "I know that as a state cadre, my income in state-owned units is limited, and it is not appropriate to put too many deposits on my bank cards, so I used their ID cards to apply for bank cards. It is mainly used to cover up some of my cash collected in violation of discipline and law, money transfer, purchase of wealth management products and investment use."

The court held that the defendant, au Yongjian, ignored the national law, took advantage of his position to illegally accept other people's property and seek benefits for others, and made use of the convenient conditions formed by his power or status to seek illegitimate benefits for the trustee and accept the trustee's property through the acts of the staff of other countries, and the amount was particularly huge, and his behavior constituted the crime of accepting bribes. At the same time, according to the relevant facts, au Yongjian constitutes the crime of bribery and the crime of obstructing the management of credit cards. Before the verdict is pronounced, he commits different crimes and should be punished together in accordance with the law. During the investigation by the case authorities on suspicion of accepting bribes, au Yongjian truthfully confessed the criminal facts of bribery and obstruction of credit card management that had not yet been mastered by the case handling organs, and the crime of bribery and obstruction of credit card management committed by him can be identified as voluntary surrender. After being brought to justice, au Yongjian confessed his guilt and actively returned the stolen money, which can be given a lighter punishment in accordance with the law.

The Dongguan Intermediate people's Court of first instance ruled that au Yongjian was sentenced to 10 years and six months in prison and fined 2 million yuan, two years in prison for bribery, and one year and six months in prison for obstruction of credit card management, and a fine of 20, 000 yuan.
