In the name of the above-mentioned persons, he applied for a total of 11 credit cards from Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank, Industrial Bank and other banks for his own use.

The court held that the defendant, au Yongjian, ignored the national law, took advantage of his position to illegally accept other people's property and seek benefits for others, and made use of the convenient conditions formed by his power or status to seek illegitimate benefits for the trustee and accept the trustee's property through the acts of the staff of other countries, and the amount was particularly huge, and his behavior constituted the crime of accepting bribes. At the same time, according to the relevant facts, au Yongjian constitutes the crime of bribery and the crime of obstructing the management of credit cards. Before the verdict is pronounced, he commits different crimes and should be punished together in accordance with the law. During the investigation by the case authorities on suspicion of accepting bribes, au Yongjian truthfully confessed the criminal facts of bribery and obstruction of credit card management that had not yet been mastered by the case handling organs, and the crime of bribery and obstruction of credit card management committed by him can be identified as voluntary surrender. After being brought to justice, au Yongjian confessed his guilt and actively returned the stolen money, which can be given a lighter punishment in accordance with the law.

The Dongguan Intermediate people's Court of first instance ruled that au Yongjian was sentenced to 10 years and six months in prison and fined 2 million yuan, two years in prison for bribery, and one year and six months in prison for obstruction of credit card management, and a fine of 20, 000 yuan.
