Currently, there are only two options for consumers to use with remote packages when choosing Model 3: "Standard Edition Travel" and "Standard Edition Travel Plus", which have been the main battery pack options since the Model 3 went into production in 2017. Tesla had planned to comprehensively raise the prices of all his models on Monday, and the price increase was due to Tesla's appropriate adjustment to the transformation process of his sales strategy.

According to professional analysis, if Tesla removes the medium-range version of the battery pack option from the US configurator now, it may mean that production of this version of the car will stop, but in other markets, for example, European and Asian markets currently have only remote battery packs available, so this move may result in this version of the car never being able to meet consumers in these markets.
