However, the staff of the 4S store said that the situation was informed to consumers at that time, and it was confirmed by signature, and the delivery confirmation form was given. There was a handwritten notice under the delivery order, which fulfilled the obligation to inform. And the delivery ticket does have Mr. Han's signature.

But Mr. Han said that he did not have two lines of font at the bottom when he signed the delivery form, and that what he got now is not the same as what he saw at that time.

In this case, some lawyers said that in the form, it is for both parties to choose to confirm, while other contents outside the form are regarded as additions or changes to the content by both parties, which need to be signed and sealed by both parties before they can take effect, otherwise it cannot be proved that the selling party has clearly informed the consumer.

With regard to the vehicle recall, the staff of the National Market Appraisal Administration said that further follow-up arrangements would be made to check whether the vehicle recall fully addressed the vehicle defect problem.

At present, Mr. Han does not accept the compensation plan of the store, saying that he is still asking for a return. However, the 4S store said that it can only replace and repair accessories free of charge, and the requirement of returning the car can not be met.

According to the lawyer, if a consumer purchases a product, it is considered a fraud if the merchant conceals the fact that the vehicle is recalled, and the consumer can make a return request and pay three times the compensation.
