As she did not make a detailed calculation of buying a car at that time, she went over it in her head and thought the plan was acceptable, so she signed it, but in July this year, she did the math and found that the price was too high.

Ms. Xu also said that according to the calculation of three years, the loan has been repaid more than 200,000 yuan, plus the final payment of more than 250000 yuan, then she has already paid more than 400,000 yuan, but the total price of the car is only 492000, plus the 130000 down payment and various taxes and fees have been paid before. the car is close to 700000.

Ms. Xu did not get the contract until July this year when she found this problem and asked for the contract from the 4S store. She found that there were two contracts, one for car sales and the other for financial leasing, because she didn't know anything about buying a car, that is, Ms. Xu bought the car and sold it to a leasing company and then rented it from the leasing company. Originally, I wanted to buy a car, but I didn't know how to rent a car.

Judging from the two contracts, there is the signature of Ms. Xu. However, Ms. Xu said that at that time, the seller did not let her see the details of the contract, and some of the terms were blank. In addition, she always thought she was getting a loan from the bank, but did not expect that she was renting a car.

For this situation, Manager Wang of the Mercedes-Benz 4S store said that the situation reflected by the car owners did not exist, the contracts were provided by Mercedes-Benz leasing companies, the plan was recommended according to Ms. Xu's needs, and the details were also explained to Ms. Xu. after the customer's signature and confirmation, it can be said that the customer has approved it.

Ms. Xu disagreed, adding that the contract for the Mercedes-Benz 4S store was dated January 9, 2018, but that she signed it on January 12, 2018. After that, Ms. Xu said that she would continue to investigate the responsibility of the 4S store.

If, according to Ms. Xu, 4S stores have the obligation to clearly inform consumers whether they sell cars or rent cars at the same time, if the seller is using various marketing methods and deliberately conceals some of the details, this is also against the principle of good faith service.
