Deqing Qihang Construction and Development Co., Ltd., with a 20% stake, also withdrew from the operating entity of the project.

After the establishment of Letv Automobile has attracted many industry senior leaders to join, and won the investment of many investors and Internet enterprises, so that people look forward to the birth of Letv Automobile, but the process is also full of doubts.

Letv supercar LeSEE, which locates a D-class Internet unmanned electric vehicle, unveiled its first concept car on April 20, 2016. The Letv eco-car project was officially launched in Mogan Mountain High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total planned investment of 20 billion yuan.

Letv twice took the land in Mogan Mountain. Letv Ecological Automobile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. won 900364 square meters of land in Deqing, Zhejiang Province, with a total transaction price of 280 million yuan. On April 26, 2017, Letv Ecological Automobile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. won 452590 square meters of land in Deqing, Zhejiang Province, with a total transaction price of about 140 million yuan.

According to the data, Letv Ecological Automobile (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was established in September 2016, with a registered capital of 2.5 billion yuan. The company's business scope includes technology research and development of new energy vehicles and parts, product development, technology development, auto parts manufacturing and so on. The company is wholly owned by Letv Automobile (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

With the outbreak of the financial crisis of Letv system, Jia Yueting left the United States, Letv car came to a standstill. At this time, Jia Yueting focused on another car-building project, Faraday Future (Faraday Future), but FF 91 has not yet achieved mass production due to capital chain problems. FF received investment from Evergrande Xu Jiayin, but the two sides broke up in discord only a year later, and FF is still on its way to seeking financing.

Jia Yueting did not give up. In addition to focusing on the mass production plan of FF 91, Jia Yueting also announced strategic cooperation with the Ninth City to build new car projects in China, while Jia Yueting repaid his personal debt through bankruptcy restructuring, which FF said will help FF to achieve its equity financing and IPO goals as soon as possible. According to FF CEO Bi Fukang, the price of FF 91 may exceed 1.4 million yuan and will be delivered by September next year.

There is uncertainty about whether FF 91 can be mass produced on time, and Jia Yueting's dream of building a car is still inseparable from the problem of capital chain.
