As a domestic independent high-end brand, Red Flag can rise against the trend under the overall downward trend of the market, which has a lot to do with the strategic goal of the group. Under the leadership of Xu Liuping, it has made a decision to vigorously reform and deepen adjustment. The former "official car" image has been gradually transformed into a more pro-people, younger and dynamic brand.

When Xu Liuping took office in 2017, there was a shortage of Hongqi products, with only one H7 production car. In two years, Hongqi brand has witnessed rapid development, from one H7 model to six models today. Although there are not many models, they also cover a number of market segments. In the middle and high end of the market, there are H5 and H7 SUV models, HS5 and HS7, and a pure electric SUV E-HS3 in the new energy field.

In addition, the Red Flag brand has also released future product line planning, which plans to launch 45 new products by 2030. it mainly includes four series of products: l series-new noble red flag car, S series new noble red flag coupe, H series-new noble red flag mainstream car, Q series-new noble red flag commercial car.

In July this year, the Red Flag brand released a preview map of a new generation of H7, with a significant improvement in overall design compared to cash models. According to relevant documents, the new generation of Red Flag H7 is expected to be in mass production in May 2020.
