GAC Toyota officially learned that GAC Toyota released sales figures for November this year, which showed that GAC Honda sold 68000 vehicles in November, an increase of 12% over the same period last year, of which the new Camry, the new Leiling and C-HR TNGA models accounted for 68% of the total sales. From January to November this year, GAC Toyota sold 624224 units in China, an increase of 16% over the same period last year.

In terms of specific car segments, the Camry sold 18366 vehicles in November, up 12% from a year earlier. Among them, the sales of medium and high-end models account for more than 60%, and hybrid models account for more than 55%. The market for new energy models also has a good performance, with hybrid engines accounting for more than 55%.

In terms of family cars, Leiling sold 22906 units in November, up 15 per cent from a year earlier, of which Leiling Shuangqi sold 6203 units in November, up 41 per cent from a year earlier. The YARiS L family sold 10966 units in November, of which the Zhixuan X, which went on sale on October 21, accounted for 54 per cent of Prida's sales.

In terms of SUV models, the new Hanlanda sold 8961 units in November and 81448 in the January-October period, while the first SUV,C-HR on the GAC Toyota TNGA platform sold 5936 units in November, up 6 per cent from a year earlier. During this year's Guangzhou Auto Show, GAC Toyota's new SUV model, the Weilanda, was officially unveiled, and the new car is expected to go on sale tomorrow.

In addition, Toyota officially announced that from next year, the Asian region will be officially split into the Chinese business and the Asian business, "due to the importance of the Chinese market and other Asian markets, China and the Asian region are separated." The move is expected to further increase Toyota's market share and sales scale in China.

Since the beginning of 2019, the domestic passenger car market has continued its decline in the second half of last year, falling by about 10 percentage points in the first half compared with the same period last year. In the industry downward, incremental to reduce the market environment, GAC Toyota can also rely on strong product competitiveness, strong brand strength to achieve a breakthrough, it is really not easy!

In the current downward market environment, many car companies cut prices to optimize dealer inventory, but GAC Toyota did not adopt this "broken arm survival" method, and the terminal price of its products has been relatively stable.

It has always been said in the industry that the "head camp" on the one hand refers to large-scale car companies with sales volume of 2 million vehicles, and on the other hand, it refers to medium-sized car companies with a stable price system and high premium products.

Guangzhou Auto Toyota is obviously the latter, and some website media have learned through the dealer information collected that the terminal prices of star models such as Camry, Leiling, Hanlanda and C-HR have remained stable for a long time, even if Lei Ling, which has just completed the replacement work, still has a "small" discount of about 1-15000 yuan at the end of its product life.
