Geely announced the latest sales in November. According to the announcement, Geely sold 143234 new cars (including LinkedIn) in November, up 1% from the same period last year. Geely's cumulative sales from January to November were 1231524, down 13% from a year earlier.

As a result of the decline in the car market, Geely lowered its annual sales target of 1.51 million vehicles at the beginning of the year to 1.36 million, and Geely had achieved 91 per cent of its annual sales target as of November.

In terms of SUV models, Dihao GS sold 13563 vehicles; the Boyue family sold 22166 vehicles; the Vision family sold 35043 vehicles; colorful Yue sold 12875 vehicles in November; and Xingyue sold 3809 vehicles in November.

In terms of car models, Dihao GL and colorful Rui sold 6883 and 8288 cars respectively in November, while the new Dihao sold 18557 vehicles in November; the New Vision sold 8622 cars in November; and Geely Burry sold 2285 cars in November, the first time Borey exceeded 2000 in 10 months.

In terms of MPV models, Geely Jiaji sold 3178 vehicles in November, up 2 per cent from a month earlier.

The Lecker brand has also performed well in the market, selling 14131 vehicles in November. Among them, Lok 03 sold 7245 vehicles, up 3.1% from the previous month, accounting for 50% of all model sales. LK 01 and Lok 02 sold 4529 and 2357 respectively.

The brand's new SUV-- Lecker 05 was officially unveiled in Shanghai on December 6. The car is based on CMA architecture and will compete with Mazda CX-4, Subaru XV and other models in the future. The new car is expected to be officially launched at the 2020 Beijing Auto Show.

The appearance of the new car continues the family design language, but compared with the Lectra 01Accord 02Universe 03, the Lectra 05 is more radical and novel, with split lights and forward grille fumigation. In terms of size, its length, width and height are 4592/1879/1628mm and its wheelbase is 2734mm.

The new car interior uses the latest design language, the interior design takes polygons as the design element, and the central control still uses a large-size central control screen. the difference is that there are a lot of physical buttons in front of the handle.

In terms of power, the Lectra 05 will be equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine model JLH-3G15TD and a 2.0T turbocharged engine model JLH-4G20TD, with maximum power of 180hp and 190hp respectively. In the future, the car is also expected to carry Volvo's Drive-E series 2.0T high-power engine with a maximum power of 254hp, matched by the Aixin 8AT gearbox.

In terms of new energy models, Geely sold a total of 14135 new energy vehicles in November, with a cumulative sales of 103167 from January to November. New energy vehicles such as Dihao EV, Dihao GL PHEV, Dihao PHEV and Dihao GSe have performed well in the market, while Geely Geometry sold 2456 vehicles in November, up 57 per cent from the previous month.

It is understood that Geely will be able to complete its annual sales task in 2018, but in December, Geely's sales suddenly plummeted and finally failed to complete the task. In terms of sales results, Geely only needs to hand over 130000 vehicles in December to meet its full-year sales target.

Geely's sales have been erratic in the first half of this year due to the grim car market and other reasons, from 150000 at the beginning of the year to 80, 000 in May, leaving Geely's annual sales target full of uncertainty. However, Geely's sales have been growing since May, and if it continues to grow, Geely still has a good chance of meeting its sales target.
