BMW Group sold 225662 new cars (including BMW brand, MINI and Rolls-Royce) worldwide in November, up 1.4 per cent from a year earlier. In addition, BMW Group sold 2296174 vehicles worldwide in the first 11 months, up 1.7 per cent from a year earlier.

In addition to the Chinese market, BMW's sales in the United States are also growing rapidly, rising 7.6% in November, 1.7% from January to November compared with the same period a year earlier. But in markets such as the UK and Japan, BMW is now in a state of decline. While the domestic car market is still in a downward trend, the double-digit year-on-year growth rate is more prominent, of which the BMW 3-Series sedan can be said to be contributed.

Judging from the performance of its specific models, the new BMW-5 series sold more than 157000 vehicles in the first 11 months of this year, an increase of 7.8% over the same period last year, making it the most popular model of the BMW brand. From January to November this year, the new BMW 3 series family sold nearly 117000 vehicles; the BMW X family's sales increased by 50% in the first 11 months of this year compared with the same period last year, of which the new BMW X3 delivered more than 110000 vehicles from January to November this year.

So far, BBA (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi) have announced sales in China, overall, BMW is currently the leading performance in China. In recent years, Mercedes-Benz and BMW have been reducing the sales gap between Mercedes-Benz and Audi. Some people say that Audi can't, but it's not. It's just that Mercedes-Benz and BMW are moving too fast.

Audi was overtaken by Mercedes-Benz and BMW because the Audi A6L was in a product transition period after it was replaced at the beginning of this year. The reason for the sluggish sales of the new Audi A6L in the first half of the year is that there is basically no discount after the replacement of new cars, resulting in a lack of price convergence between new and old models. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5-Series are in the mature period of market and products, so they naturally have more advantages in sales. If BMW continues to maintain this iterative speed of update and good product competitiveness in the future, I believe it will do well in the market in the future. let's wait and see.
