Article 21 of the "Regulations on Three Guarantees of Automobiles" stipulates that if the repair time of a household automobile exceeds 35 days due to product quality problems, or if the repair time exceeds 5 times due to the same product quality problems, the seller shall replace the automobile for the consumer.
