The manager of the 4S store said that the market regulatory authorities had organized mediation between the two sides, and the conditions for the return and replacement of the car could not be met because of the occasional electrical failure of the oxygen sensor, but the 4S store was willing to repair the vehicle free of charge and compensate three times the maintenance cost. it's about 8000 yuan.

Due to the great differences between the two sides on the issue of compensation, the two sides did not reach an agreement at the scene.
