Another is a recall of more than 400000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks from 2019 to 2020, whose battery positive cable rings may be made from excessive glue, which could cause fire or stall.

At the same time, GM also said it was a rare mistake, the former could lead to the failure of the car's electronic stability control or anti-lock braking system. The company said the vehicle's diagnostic system would not turn on the alarm lights on the dashboard. Dealers will solve this problem by rebrushing the software.

It is not known whether the current problem is only aimed at overseas regions, and the relevant recall actions have not yet been seen from the quality Development Bureau of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration. According to previous reports, Cadillac models not only exist overseas, many domestic owners also have experience, involving SUV models XT4, XT5 and sedan CT6 models.

Due to the serious problem, many car owners find manufacturers to solve the problem or want to return the car, but they are rejected by the shop, and some even say that the car can be returned, but the purchase tax and vehicle depreciation fees need to be deducted, because Cadillac's value preservation rate is not high.
