According to the official forecast map, the appearance of H9 is basically the same as that of the previous new generation H7 spy photos, so H9 is likely to be the replacement model of H7. The new car will be equipped with a new 2.0T and a 3.0T engine similar to the HS7.

The front face of the Red Flag H9 is equipped with a large size multi-spoke straight waterfall air intake grille, LED headlights on both sides are connected to the U-shaped daytime running lamp belt outside the grille, with a penetrating lower surround. The side of the new car body adopts the sliding back design with partial movement, the waist line runs through the whole body, and the multi-spoke wheel hub is selected below. The popular through-type LED light group and internal light strip design at the rear are also very recognizable, and the exhaust adopts a bilateral two-out layout.

The interior of Hongqi H9 adopts the latest family-style design. The large size full LCD instrument panel, touch display screen and center console run through each other. The brand-new three-frame multi-function steering wheel is younger and more fashionable than the current H7. The design below the central control is simpler, followed by air outlets, air conditioning control knobs with LCD screens, and a brand-new style of electronic stops.

V6 supercharged engine, driveline matching 8AT gearbox. In addition, H9 will also be equipped with FAW's newly developed 2.0T engine, which is divided into high and low power adjustments. The maximum power is 180kW and 165kW respectively, and the peak torque is 380N·m and 340N·m respectively. The low power version has been used on HS5, and the transmission system is expected to match 6AT gearbox.

It is understood that the new generation of red flag H9 new car positioning will be higher than H7, positioning in the medium and large cars, the addition of Rolls-Royce designers, but also let the red flag have new elements, is expected to be mass production in May next year.
