Ms. Zhang said that the steering wheel was accompanied by a loud sound during the swing, and from the video provided, the vehicle happened more than once.

To this end, Ms. Zhang towed the vehicle back to the 4S store for maintenance and testing, which was tested by the store and said it was a steering failure caused by computer software problems. The 4S store temporarily disappeared after upgrading the vehicle and told it that it would not appear again. But Ms. Zhang questioned how to deal with it if it appeared again.

Ms. Zhang believes that the 4S store only upgrades the vehicles without any other processing, and is not sure whether the vehicles will have a similar situation. In this regard, feel afraid, worried that in case a similar situation happens on the highway, it may endanger their own safety problems.

As the warranty period of the vehicle is about to expire, Ms. Zhang asked the 4S store what to do if the computer causes steering wheel failure and jitter after the car is insured. The vehicle is a quality problem, which should be the responsibility of the manufacturer or 4S store.
