Contrary to previous industry forecasts, domestic crude oil prices will fall at 24:00 on February 14, with a negative rate of-2.04%.

Some relevant analysts analyzed the increase in domestic oil prices, saying that in view of the upward trend in global oil prices caused by the decline in OPEC oil production in January this year and the sanctions imposed by the US Treasury on Venezuelan oil companies, the global economic growth rate showed a deceleration trend, international oil prices will show an upward trend in February, and the positive rate of change in international crude oil prices has not significantly expanded.

There are still more than 20 rounds of oil price adjustments in 2019. Domestic oil prices fell before the Spring Festival after rising continuously in January, and now they are rising again. According to the "measures for the Administration of Oil prices," when the price adjustment of domestic gasoline and diesel oil is less than 50 yuan per ton, no adjustment will be made and will be added or offset in the next price adjustment. The next time domestic oil prices will usher in "two increases".
