A consumer who bought Toyota Yize said that the price of the car was 162000 yuan, and the letter of advance was asked for at that time, and the company sealed it. He also believed that since it had been stamped, it indicated that the financial staff had received the payment.

After a number of consumers paid, they got the advance letter with the sales business seal of Guangzhou Junhui Toyota Motor sales Company, some consumers got car purchase invoices, and some consumers only had a car sales contract without any official seal. Soon after, however, consumers received a series of calls from 4S stores saying that the sales were suspected of fraud.

Nowadays, some consumers can't pick up the car after paying, and some have already picked up the car, but the car has to be withheld.

In response to this matter, Guangzhou Junhui Toyota 4S store official said that the relevant sales staff are their interns, the company has staff management responsibility problems.

How is it that consumers get advance letters and invoices with company stamps, and what about customer losses? The person in charge said that the salesperson concerned stole the key of the sales manager and stamped it privately was itself a fraud. The person in charge further explained that when customers pay, the company has a warm reminder that it must be paid to the public account, and if it is not allowed to pay to the business staff or personal account, the customer has the obligation to pay careful attention.

According to the analysis of the lawyer, even if the employee of the company is an intern, it constitutes an employment relationship, the employer is responsible for the job fault or fault of the employee under the employment relationship, and the fee charged by the employee is regarded as the car company has also charged the fee. general posting notices may not be regarded as fulfilling the obligation of disclosure. The lawyer said that in this case, the car company should bear the contractual obligations of buying and selling to the car buyers, and then the car company can investigate the employees' liability for compensation.
