The 4S store said that the Skoda Ming Rui purchased by Mr. Xie at that time was purchased in bulk from the car manufacturers in the name of a third-party company and could pick up the car at a lower price, while the car friend company on the contract was a third-party company. Although the procedure has become a used car, the car is still a new car.

It is understood that the Skoda Mingrui purchased by Mr. Xie was priced at 123000 yuan in 2011, plus various taxes, and the price was about 132000 yuan. After buying a car through a third-party company, Mr. Xie picked up the car at a price of 128000 yuan, which was about 4000 yuan cheaper.

The 4S store said that there was a supplementary agreement on the car purchase contract at that time: the invoice was issued by the unit designated by the 4S store, indicating that Mr. Xie knew the origin of the car and was purchased in bulk by the car company, and the invoice must be marked with the name of the car company.

According to DMV files, the car bought by Mr. Xie is a second-hand car, but his vehicle registration certificate shows that he is the first owner, because this certificate has not found the existence of the car for nine years.

It is understood that the vehicle registration certificate is issued by the 4S store after submitting the materials to the DMV, so why is the registration certificate different from the content shown in the file?

The staff of Jinhua DMV said that there should be something wrong with the procedure, and such a thing is something that car owners do not want to see, and it is also what DMV does not want to see. The next step will be to further deal with Mr. Xie's vehicle files and try to solve the problem.

In fact, the behavior of third-party companies to distribute to consumers after bulk purchase is very common in the market, on this basis, dealers can complete the manufacturer's sales target, get the manufacturer's reward, and attract more customers to buy cars to promote performance growth. However, in this process, the 4S store must clearly inform consumers of the source and characteristics of the vehicle. If the 4S store deliberately conceals the truth in the process of sales, it will constitute a fraud, and consumers can ask for a refund of one for three.
