In fact, even if Mercedes-Benz's reputation in the domestic market has been getting worse and worse in recent years, it has not been greatly affected. With the big bid of Mercedes-Benz and the price of about 300000, it helps the C-class to stay in the forefront of high-end models. The decline in the BMW 5-Series is also quite unexpected. Since the middle of last year, the terminal discount sales have been kept above 15,000 vehicles, although it is still up 9.5% from the same period last year, but there has been a sharp decline from the previous month. Due to the launch of new products, the price of the BMW 3-Series has not been greatly released, so that its sales have been lukewarm.

Volvo S90, a second-tier luxury brand, became the brand with the sharpest decline at the start of the year, with both the car sector and the SUV sector falling sharply, while Volvo said it was affected by the domestic New year and Chinese New year holidays that Volvo failed to meet its sales expectations in China in January.

Although Cadillac CT6, which is also a second-tier luxury brand, has achieved a big rise, its volume is still very small, while its other CT5 did not appear on the list, mainly because its retail price did not reach the positioning of the high-end model of the Union of Carriage (more than 300000 yuan), but it is believed that the popularity of CT5 has led to good sales.

In terms of high-end SUV models, it is worth noting that Mercedes-Benz on the list are GLC and GLB, in which GLC with cumulative sales of 19000 vehicles compared with the second Audi Q5 to close the gap of nearly 6000 vehicles, which is really surprising. It is conceivable that Audi has been at the top of the list of high-end SUV since June last year, or Mercedes-Benz has always been the "big brother" of luxury brands. Because Mercedes-Benz sold so many models, it once again entered the list of automakers in January, ranking 11th with cumulative sales of 67600 vehicles, second only to Guangzhou Auto Toyota.

As for the other high-end SUV models, the ranking has changed greatly, only the Volvo XC60 has become one of the few models in the high-end SUV market to decline significantly, while the Mercedes-Benz GLB has been on the list with a good performance.

Generally speaking, even in the overall environment of sharp decline in January this year, luxury brands are still rising and decreasing, once again, domestic consumers' demand for high-end models is rising, which also means that high-end products have become the first choice for more and more consumers in the stock era.
