Trading volume can recover about 60% in the first quarter.

Under the continuing influence of the COVID-19 epidemic, the used car industry has also suffered a heavy setback. Previously, the popular used car e-commerce platform was also difficult to resist the erosion of the epidemic, and some e-commerce platforms were exposed with news of layoffs and salary cuts.

Youxin Group adopted a short-term pay cut during the epidemic, with a pay cut of between 20% and 30% for ordinary employees and more than 40% for senior executives, which lasted from February 15 to May 31. Big search car has adjusted the business that is greatly affected by the epidemic, and the proportion of employees involved in the adjustment is 13% to 14%. On the basis that the year-end bonus has been paid to employees in 2019, and in accordance with relevant policies and industry standards, the employees involved will be compensated in ways such as' Number1'.

According to many internal documents of Guazi's parent company, the company has adopted a phased salary and holiday adjustment plan for some posts, including a 40% salary reduction for the group chief supervisor, a 50% salary reduction for the group VP layer, and a 30% salary reduction for P and M series positions in the group. Many Guazi employees' basic salaries have been cut or left passively.

It was originally thought that there would be explosive growth in second-hand cars this year, but at present, the pressure on the second-hand car market is also very great. With the downward pressure of the economy and the reduction of residents' income caused by the epidemic, the frequency of residents' purchase will be further extended.
