From the perspective of various market segments, all car models have declined to varying degrees, and there is not much difference in specific rankings, except that for the first time, the federation has listed domestic Model 3 models such as models. Although the monthly volume of domestic Model 3 is not large, only about 3, 000 vehicles, but due to the impact on the market this year, the small Tesla can also enter the top ranking, such as according to the previous market. Monthly sales of the Model 3 may not even make it into the top 30.
It is worth noting that under the impact of the epidemic in February, Tesla Model 3 became the only model that bucked the trend. According to the China Automotive Information Network, Tesla registered 3563 new cars in China in January this year, of which 2605 domestic Model 3 were eventually registered.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz's C-Class and E-Class are still the main sales this month, while the Camry is rarely at the top of the monthly list of B-Class cars.
However, the change of the overall ranking of the SUV market is not as great as that of the car market. As the domestic SUV market is basically locked by mainstream SUV models, the first and second places are still Harvard H6 and Changan CS75, while the third place is quickly ranked by Volkswagen's Tuguan. Because the previous joint venture compact SUV model champion "resident player" Toshimoto CR-V failed to resume production, suspended for a month so that it did not appear on the list. The same is true of Dongben's "magic car" Civic.
As for the MPV market, it is basically locked in the front position by Wuling Hongguang, Buick GL8 and other models, corresponding to the representative models of the high and low end MPV market. After all, the main car scenes of MPV models are business reception and family trips, but from the perspective of the domestic car consumption environment, these two major car scenarios are basically niche market segments, so that the market has been neglected. However, with the domestic production of models such as Volkswagen Weiang and Toyota Senna this year, it is believed that the market will become more intense.
Due to the high-end market in the past two months, it has been invaded by the Mercedes-Benz brand, which makes the BMW and Audi brands look inferior since the beginning of the year. Among them, the BMW 5-Series and Audi A6, which are resident in the high-end sedan market in 2019, and the Audi Q5 in the high-end SUV market, have been dropped so far by Mercedes-Benz in the past two months that Mercedes-Benz GLC has become the only model to achieve year-on-year growth in combined sales in the first 1-2 months. In addition, this month's ideal ONE is also on the list of high-end SUV sales.
As for the new energy market, the domestic Model 3 still ranks first. After all, one of its models has captured nearly 30% of the sales in the new energy market, while the previous new energy giant BAIC has dropped to less than 1,000 vehicles. Obviously, with the entry of domestic Model 3 into China, the whole new energy market will be impacted. Even in the adverse environment, domestic Model 3 will still achieve growth. However, whether Tesla, who is currently trapped in the "core change door", will be affected will also be left to the market to decide.
Although all the major models fell due to the impact of the epidemic in February this year, with the gradual weakening of the power of the epidemic, the more powerful models can still gradually pick up or even reverse the trend. At the same time, hot-selling luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz are expected to continue to be frequent visitors to the list as prices in the luxury market fall and attention continues to rise.
