I hope SAIC and Volkswagen will immediately give car owners a reasonable solution to these two problems, this is a life safety problem, this is not a joke! C-NCAP originates from the global system of NCAP, and has made adaptive improvements according to the traffic and road conditions in China, which is also the most common safety standard in China. At the same time, Passat is equipped with a number of active and passive safety configurations, which can avoid collisions to the maximum extent and better protect the people in the car. In view of the poor performance of a sub-item, we also attach great importance to it and have carried out technical analysis as soon as possible. This is SAIC Volkswagen's first response to the Passat incident, and "carrying out technical analysis" means that subsequent models will strengthen the factors that affect safety. But SAIC Volkswagen did not make it clear to the owners who bought the Passat in the early days.

According to the information we have learned, SAIC-Volkswagen 2020 Passat will be put on the market by means of "price increase" and "upgrade security configuration", and the specific price list has been issued to major dealers.

Take the national sixth edition 2020 Passa as an example, the price of 1.4T (280TSI) / 2.0T low power version (330TSI) has increased by 1500 yuan, of which the 1.4T 280TSI business version needs an additional price increase of 1000 yuan, mainly due to the addition of side air curtains. The price of the 2.0T high-power version (380TSI) remains the same compared with the 2019 model. Therefore, the price of the 2019 Passat is 18.49-282900 yuan, and the upgraded 2020 Passat is 18.74-282900 yuan.

Specific configuration upgrades include: the 2020 Passat is equipped with SAIC-Volkswagen mobile Internet service as standard. With the upgrade of the car system, there is also a screen size, such as an 8-inch screen for the business version and a 9.2-inch screen for the luxury model. At the same time, the commercial version has added side air curtains, the elite / deluxe / premium version has upgraded the touch air conditioning panel and touch top light (330TSI elite version only), the deluxe version has upgraded the wireless charging of mobile phones, and the premium version has upgraded the air purification digital display.

In terms of motivation, the new Passat has not changed.
