According to the document, Toyota called the increase in the oil level above the oil ruler F scale and the emulsification on the inside of the oil cap as a normal phenomenon. Fourth, when measuring the liquid level height of engine oil, whether the ground is flat or not and the temperature of engine oil also have influence on the liquid level height. That is, the higher the engine oil temperature, the thermal expansion leads to the increase of oil volume.

For the reason of oil emulsification, Toyota explained that it is because the hybrid engine does not fully warm up when driving at low speed and short distance, and the dew in the engine does not evaporate, resulting in local white emulsification. As long as the vehicle reaches a certain temperature after driving, the water can be evaporated and the emulsification will disappear.

In addition, from the reply to a detailed question, it is also found that there is such a problem as to whether Toyota's models are the only hybrid models. According to Toyota's reply, hybrid models are not the only ones with such problems, but the gasoline engines of hybrid models are more likely to occur when they start and stop frequently than fuel models.

It is learned from the relevant complaint platform that the models with the above two situations are indeed not just hybrid models with "oil valves". It is worth noting that in Toyota's reply, Toyota listed all the models under its brand as the situation, which means that FAW Toyota and Guangzhou Auto Toyota are all range of models.

As to whether the situation is familiar with Dongfeng Honda's previous "increased oil" situation, but from the reply, it is said that Toyota brands have not found a problem after investigation, that is, they do not deny that Honda has a problem, but Toyota has no problem.
