The new Guandao is not much different from the current model in appearance, mainly in terms of details. In addition, two new two-color bodies have been added to the new Guandao. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car is 4858/1942/1670mm, the wheelbase is 2820mm, and the new Guandao is longer than the current model.

The interior of the new car still uses the design language of the current model, but the configuration has been upgraded. The new car is equipped with HDC steep slope descent system, SDA straight driving assist system, SPORT mode (1.5T model), mobile phone wireless charging, kick electric tail door, plasma air purification system, automatic folding rearview mirror, automatic headlights, Honda CONNECT2.0 system and so on.

The power remains the same. The new Crown Road continues to use 1.5L and 2.0L turbocharged engines with maximum power of 193hp and 272hp and maximum torque of 243Nm and 370Nm respectively, matched with a CVT continuously variable transmission and a 9-speed manual integrated transmission.

Guangzhou Auto Honda colorful Intelligence:

As an annual revamped model, the 2020 colorful wisdom has no obvious difference with the current model in appearance, interior and power, but only adjusts and upgrades to the appearance details and configuration. The most obvious difference is that the new colorful wisdom uses a new style of forward air grille, with a wider chrome trim. In addition, the new colorful wisdom comes with larger rims as standard. As a small SUV, its length, width and height are 4340/1790/1605mm and its wheelbase is 2610mm.

The new colorful wisdom also continues the design style of cash models in the interior, mainly aiming at upgrading the configuration. Including LED daytime driving lights and engine start-stop system. In addition, 1.5L CVT models will be equipped with panoramic skylights.

The new model still uses 1.5L and 1.5T engines, in which the maximum power of 1.5L engine is 96kw and the peak torque is 155N ·m. The maximum power of 1.5T engine is 130kw, and the peak torque is 220N ·m, which is matched by 6-speed manual and CVT gearbox.

Guandao is a new SUV model unveiled by Guangzhou Auto Honda on April 23, 2016. it is based on the CONCEPT D concept car launched at the 2015 Shanghai Auto Show, uses the popular sedan SUV style, and is a SUV with the same level of competition with Henlanda and Ruijie. Sales data show that Guandao sold 71552 vehicles in China in 2019, and the monthly sales remained at about 6000 vehicles, which is not very bad.

Xizhi, which was officially launched on October 25, 2014, is the first SUV model under GAC Honda. As the third model introduced by Guangzhou Auto Honda after Accord and Feido, its sales will not be very bad. With the launch of the new Guandao and the new colorful wisdom, the competition in the market is more fierce. Guandao's main competitor is Toyota's Hanlanda, while colorful Zhi's main competitors are Toyota C-HR and Yize and other popular models, but there is still a big gap compared with Toyota's sales performance.
