So Mr. Ye sent the vehicle to the Zhongtai 4S store in Shaoxing. After inspection, the 4S store said that there was a problem with the line speed in the engine room of the vehicle. As there were no accessories in the 4S store at that time, the store also helped Mr. Ye place an order with the manufacturer and asked Mr. Ye to tow the vehicle home to wait. Unexpectedly, he waited hard for half a year, but the vehicle parts still did not arrive.

To this end, Mr. Ye once again contacted the Zhongtai automobile factory by telephone, but learned that the other party said that the current manufacturer had caused the car company to stop production during the epidemic and needed to wait for the car company to resume work before delivering the goods according to the order. However, Mr. Ye said he could not understand the reply. He declared that there was something wrong with the vehicle in August last year. As a result, before the epidemic spread in a large area, the car companies also did not respond. It was only now that they were told that they could not understand because of the impact of the epidemic.

As for when Mr. Ye accessories can be delivered, the manufacturer said that it is still unable to give a specific time. The 4S store said that if Mr. Ye needs an emergency car, he needs to repair it outside by himself, and the warranty is no longer supported in the store. In this regard, Mr. Ye said that at present, he can only carry out vehicle maintenance outside, and then come to the 4S store to ask for an explanation.

In fact, the problem of out-of-stock of Zhongtai auto parts is not only on Mr. Ye, there have been a number of media reports about the shortage of Zhongtai auto parts, including Zhongtai T600, Z700, SR7, E200, S27 and other models.

Through the problems reflected by car owners, the accessories Zhongtai is out of stock at present are: air conditioning compressor; headlight assembly switch; driving seat; audio horn; window elevator; brake disc; brake sub-pump; air conditioning evaporator; car engine system; shock absorber; engine wiring harness; engine intake hose. But to the consumer carries on the feedback to the 4S store, all said that Zhongtai did not have anyone to contact him.

With regard to the shortage of spare parts, some people in the industry said that once the auto parts manufacturer becomes the mainframe of the manufacturer, it depends on the manufacturer to purchase spare parts for survival, unless the coexistence relationship between it and the manufacturer has been broken and the contract can no longer be maintained. will refuse to provide accessories. However, as a 4S store, from a legal point of view, it still has this obligation to bear three guarantees of responsibility to consumers.

As for the current situation of Zhongtai Automobile, CCTV has also pointed out that Zhongtai Automobile has fallen into a crisis and production stagnant, and most of its sales outlets are in a state of out-of-stock, and it is even rumored that they are facing bankruptcy, although Zhongtai Automobile has also refuted the rumor. but the "negative news" about Zhongtai is still one after another.

According to posts by several wage-seeking employees in Zhongtai Automobile Post Bar, some employees have not been paid since October 2019, most said they had not been paid since November, and there are messages on Zhongtai's official Weibo asking when to pay.

In fact, it is an open secret that Zhongtai Motors has no money. Since Zhongtai Motors was exposed to bankruptcy liquidation at the end of last October, its drawbacks in the market have gradually emerged and have been sued by a number of upstream suppliers for lack of money for repayment. Junma Motors has also repeatedly exposed the news of bankruptcy.

On January 20, Zhongtai Automobile made it clear in its "2019 performance Forecast" that in 2019, due to the overall decline of the industry and financial constraints, the supply of raw materials was not timely, production of some base models stopped, production and sales volume dropped sharply, and goodwill showed obvious signs of impairment. And the estimated loss in 2019 is about 60-9 billion yuan, of which the provision for impairment of goodwill is estimated to be about 6 billion yuan. Today, Zhongtai Motor has not yet announced its 2019 results.

Obviously, the operating condition of Zhongtai Automobile is not very optimistic, not to mention whether it can form the ability of self-hematopoiesis, and whether it can survive has become a problem for this car company.
