When it comes to Mazda Atez, you may think that the car is good in terms of sports performance, or it has the laudatory name of "king of corners". Although Atez's sales have never been very good, there are generally no major glitches, and Attez's reputation in China has been good for so many years. But the number of complaints against Atez increased sharply in April, and the focus of the complaint was mainly on the abnormal sound of B-pillar. Of the 129 complaints about abnormal sound of B-pillar in April, the number of complaints about abnormal sound of B-pillar accounted for 90%. And the abnormal sound mainly appeared on the 2020 Atz.

It is understood that the 2020 Mazda Atez went on sale in July 2019. The modified Attaz is more athletic than the old model, and netizens said that the modified model will usher in high sales. But this is not the case. There was no significant increase in sales of 3191 vehicles in August and 4092 in September. In the first quarter of this year, Ataz sold 6941 vehicles, including 2582 in March.

In second place is Geely's Xingyue model, and the main complaints include vehicle interconnection failures, audio-visual system failures and so on. Geely's colorful Yue model is also on the complaint list, there is a problem of air leakage in doors and windows. Cheetah CS10, owned by another independent car company, Cheetah, also made the top 10 of the list of complaints about abnormal steering system noise, gearbox noise and gearbox failure to accelerate. Cheetah is an established independent car company, which has been marginalized for nearly 70 years because of declining sales and weak technology. On April 27, Geely officially hosted Changfeng Cheetah Automobile Factory, which will be engaged in the production and sales of new energy vehicles and introduce new energy vehicle products and technologies.

Toyota has two models on the list, Guangzhou Auto Toyota Camry and FAW Toyota Asia Dragon, whose complaints are mainly focused on the increase in oil. In March this year, a number of Toyota models were exposed that there was an increase in oil / oil emulsification, resulting in a surge in the number of complaints against Toyota models. Toyota did not give an effective solution to these two problems, and a month later, the matter gradually faded out of people's sight.

Volkswagen also has two models on the list, namely SAIC-Volkswagen Lang Yi and FAW-Volkswagen Quateng. The complaints include abnormal smell in the car, abnormal noise in the gearbox, abnormal noise in the braking system, abnormal engine noise and transmission stuttering, and so on.

On the whole, under the background of "praise but not popularity" in sales, the abnormal noise in Mazda's Atzdo is likely to further lead to a decline in sales, and it still appears in the 2020 Atz. Atz may not even be able to "applaud"; the complaint volume of Toyota Camry and Asian Dragon has declined, but if the problem of increased / emulsified engine oil is not properly addressed, it will still cause resistance among consumers. In addition, compared with joint venture models, independent models rarely enter the complaint list, although occasionally, but the side also reflects the problems of brand models, I hope the authorities can solve these problems.
