Tesla, a Chinese official, revealed that the first domestic long-range rear-drive version of Model 3 was delivered to consumers on the same day, with a subsidised price of 344050 yuan.

At the beginning of this year, the domestic standard life upgrade version Model 3 was officially delivered to Chinese consumers. Half a year later, the domestic long-range afterdrive version was delivered, and Tesla China opened the acceleration mode.

According to national documents, under the new new energy subsidy program implemented after July 22, new energy products worth more than 300000 yuan will no longer enjoy subsidies, so the domestic standard battery life upgraded version of Model 3 has previously been reduced to less than 300000 yuan, and after the subsidy, the price is 271550 yuan, while the domestic long-range driving version Model 3 may no longer enjoy the subsidy and can only be sold in accordance with the guiding price.

To this end, Tesla China officially announced that after the end of the subsidy transition period on July 22, the price paid by consumers for the long-range afterdrive version of the domestic Model 3 will remain at 344050 yuan. It means that Tesla will bear the price difference and reduce the guiding price of the car, with a difference of up to 22500 yuan.

The domestic long-range rear-drive version of the Model 3 model has a comprehensive range of 668km, which is the longest-lasting Model 3 model in Tesla's history, and the rear of the vehicle has a clear Chinese "Tesla" logo.

It is worth saying that the Model 3 model with domestic batteries has entered the declaration list of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and there is room for further price reduction in the follow-up.

Tesla revealed that the production capacity of the Shanghai super factory and the construction of the second phase of the plant are progressing smoothly, and the target of weekly production of 4000 vehicles is expected to be achieved by June this year.

In addition, Tesla announced an agreement with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China on May 7, 2020 that the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will lend up to 4 billion yuan to its Shanghai super factory for production expansion. Earlier, in December 2019, Tesla received 9 billion yuan in loans from a number of banks, also mainly for the expansion of the Shanghai super factory.
