Manager Wu of Jinhua Oolong Mercedes-Benz 4s store said that Ms. Chen's car could not start because the computer board of the engine was burned out, and the camshaft regulators on both sides needed to be replaced, as well as two fuses, plus the computer board itself, so there were a total of five replacement parts.

The maintenance estimate of the 4s store shows that the total maintenance cost is 11620.17 yuan, because the new car is in the warranty period, so Ms. Chen's car can be repaired and replaced free of charge. Among them, the 'control unit' on the valuation list is the computer board, and the lifting magnet is the accessory of the camshaft regulator.

Manager Wu said that this problem is caused by the camshaft regulator, which belongs to the quality problem of the vehicle itself. He said that because the resistance is higher than the normal range, the capacitance is too large, it can be determined that the camshaft regulator is broken.

There was something wrong with the new car after a few days of driving, and Ms. Chen said it was unacceptable. In response to this matter, Manager Wu said that the replacement parts are not the key parts of the car, nor have they reached the corresponding number of repairs, so they do not meet the conditions of the three-guarantee policy and can only be repaired free of charge. To this end, the 4s store provides Ms. Chen with a Mercedes-Benz E-class scooter, and the 4s store is willing to give Ms. Chen 10 additional free maintenance as compensation after many negotiations.

Finally, after negotiation, Ms. Chen proposed a maintenance fund with an additional compensation of 20,000 yuan. 4s stores indicated that they could continue to talk in this direction, and it would take time to apply.
