These new energy vehicles have been parked here for some time, and so far there is no relevant responsible person to deal with them. The doors of some pure electric buses can be opened at will, and the seats still have plastic protective covers, which means they are brand new vehicles, but the compartments are covered with dust. The parking of vehicles is irregular, which hinders the passage of other vehicles. Because of the long parking time, even the new car looks a little dilapidated.

Mr. Liu, head of the road engineering project in the park, said that these vehicles were probably parked here in August last year and have not been removed so far, seriously affecting the progress of road construction and the passage of large freight vehicles by nearby enterprises.

Mr. Liu also revealed that he had contacted vehicle-related enterprises, traffic police and other relevant departments, and now there is no clear plan to deal with it. "I contacted a Mr. Zhang who knew about the vehicles last month. He said he would move the cars within a week, but there has been no movement since then." Mr. Liu said.

In addition, some vehicles are affixed with a notice issued by Xi'an High-tech Zone Municipal supporting Construction Co., Ltd., which states that illegal parking has affected road construction and safety, and your unit is restricted to leave the vehicle before January 20, 2020. These pure electric buses were originally intended to be used as custom buses, but they were not put into operation because of the small flow of people around the park and the high wages of cart drivers, and the vans originally intended to be used as logistics vehicles were also shelved because the park enterprises had their own supporting logistics system. It is worth noting that young cars have previously been included in the second batch of fraudulent compensation tickets of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for fraudulent compensation of new energy vehicles. In February 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a ticket for fraudulent compensation of new energy vehicles, and seven companies, including youth cars, were administratively punished. Among them, Jinhua Youth Motor Company sold 245 new energy vehicles to Shanghai bus (Group) Co., Ltd. in 2014, the actual installed battery capacity is less than the announced capacity, which is inconsistent with the "Road Motor vehicle production Enterprises and Product announcement".

The Youth Automobile Group, which was famous for its "water-hydrogen engine" last year, completed bankruptcy proceedings in November last year, but its main business, pure electric city buses, is still in normal operation.

In recent years, the rapid development of new energy vehicles, in addition to the strong support of state funds, the rise and launch of the travel market has also increased the sales of new energy vehicles. However, with the gradual reduction of subsidies and strict audit, the downturn of the travel market, the sales of new energy vehicles also showed a downward trend. On the other hand, some of the poorly manufactured new energy vehicles have become abandoned objects, and many new energy vehicles' graveyards' have appeared in many parts of the country, mainly sharing cars.
