After more than a decade of investigation, ideal officials said the fire was caused by "low-level human error". Within a few days, however, there was an accident that crashed into the shoulder and caused the shaft to be broken.

From the traffic record images, the owner drove the vehicle to one side of the lane at that time, and when he hit the right shoulder, the speed reached 48km/h, and the vehicle immediately appeared abnormal after crossing the shoulder and stopped after passing the intersection. Finally, it is found that the ball head of the right front hem arm of the ideal ONE falls off, resulting in serious damage to the right front suspension.

Ideally, the cause of the accident was "force relief caused by collision with the shoulder". The owner said he could not accept this conclusion and was worried about the safety of the vehicle, so he applied for a return from the ideal, but it was rejected by the authorities. The owner thought, "it is understandable for a SUV to have a flat tire or a dent in such a situation, but now it is not daring to drive again."

The matter has also caused great controversy on the Internet, and some netizens think that the ideal ONE is too "fragile". In this case, flat tires and hub injuries are normal, but there should be no broken shafts or ball heads. Some netizens said it was understandable that in addition to the faster speed of hitting the shoulder, the ideal ONE equipment quality of 2.3t was also one of the reasons for the dispute.
