The automobile recall has "two sides". On the one hand, it reflects the hidden dangers of the existing defects in product development, and the other is the manufacturer's responsible attitude towards products and consumers. According to statistics released by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration, a total of 10 recalls were launched in the past month, involving more than 1.28 million models, of which the Honda brand recall is the largest, covering almost a full range of domestic models of the Honda brand.

From the ranking list of car recalls for nearly a month, we can see that nine are foreign brands, and only one independent brand is Pentium.

Fuel pumps produced by Japanese Denso have been recalled on a large scale earlier, and the causes of the defects are exactly the same, including Subaru, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi and other Japanese brands. The 774774 domestic models recalled by Honda are also related to this problem.

According to the recall information filed by Honda, the reason for the defect found is that the resin density of the impeller is insufficient due to the imperfect resin forming conditions in the manufacturing process of the fuel pump impeller. The impeller may be inflated and deformed under the influence of fuel, and interfere with the fuel pump shell, resulting in the poor operation of the fuel pump. In extreme conditions, the engine may flameout while the vehicle is running, and there is a safety hidden danger.

Guangzhou Automobile Honda recalled some domestic Acura TLX-L, Acura CDX, Acura RDX, Fengfan, Odyssey, Crown Road, Colour Zhi, Feido, Ling Pai and Accord series cars produced during the period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, totaling 396149.

Dongfeng Honda recalled a total of 378625 domestic GREIZ, GIENIA, JADE, CIVIC, SPIRIOR, INSPIRE, XR-V, CR-V, UR-V and ELYSION cars produced during the period from July 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.

The specific solution is that Honda will replace the improved fuel pump free of charge for vehicles within the scope of the recall.

Audi ranked second, with 390000 Audi vehicles at risk of spontaneous combustion. It involves 1868 imported Audi A4Avant 2.0T and A52.0T cars, and 390006 domestic Audi A4L 2.0T, A6L 2.0T and Q5L 2.0T vehicles.

The notice shows that for vehicles within the scope of this recall, due to manufacturing reasons by suppliers, there may be small injection air holes inside some inverters that start generators. When moisture accumulates in the pores, it may lead to electrolytic short circuit of electronic components inside the inverter, which may lead to local heat accumulation inside the starting generator. In extreme cases, the possibility of vehicle fire cannot be ruled out, and there are safety risks. Audi will replace the starting generator for the vehicle free of charge. In order to ensure the supply of spare parts, Audi may use Audi's original factory remanufactured parts.

In third place is the Infiniti brand, the recall includes Q50L, Q50, Q60 three cars, a total of 54184. When the vehicle cooler starts, oil leakage may occur at the joint of the engine high-pressure fuel pump and low-pressure fuel pipe, which does not meet the relevant provisions of the safety protection of fuel system in "Technical conditions for Safety of Motor vehicle Operation" GB 7258-2017. It violates the requirements of safety regulations, has the risk of fire, and has hidden dangers. The manufacturer will replace the improved fuel line for vehicles within the recall area free of charge.

In fourth place was Pentium, which recalled 45406 Pentium B30 cars and was the only independent brand on the list. In this part of the vehicle, due to the mismatch between the spark plug and the ignition system, the EMC electromagnetic compatibility test value is too high, so that the interference voltage is fed back to the main circuit, resulting in strong interference of the main components of the ignition system (ECU, ignition coil, fuse, etc.). In addition, the internal resistance cavity problems caused by the wrong installation length of individual spark plug screws or the use of wrong screws will produce greater interference voltage, while the continuous large interference voltage is more likely to cause damage to the main components of the ignition system (ECU, ignition coil, fuse, etc.). It may cause vehicle jitter, engine misfire, unable to start and so on. In extreme cases, the phenomenon of flameout may occur while the vehicle is running, and there is a hidden danger of safety.

In terms of other brands, the problem with Mitsubishi Pajero is that the parts of the lower arm of the right front suspension are not fully fixed in the welding process, which leads to the deviation of the welding position; the software startup program of the parking assistant computer of Toyota Elfa double engine, will double engine and Lexus LM is not perfect.

Interestingly, the recall launched by South Korea's Ssangyong Motor involved a total of 957 imported chairman cars produced between 15 November 2001 and 8 June 2006. The reason is that the internal part of the steering wheel lock (lock) is designed. If you rotate the steering wheel left and right when starting the vehicle and the key cannot be screwed, it may cause the internal part of the steering wheel lock (lock) to break, resulting in the steering wheel locked and the vehicle unable to start.
