After paying a deposit of 1000 yuan, Mr. Liang also received a text message from Tmall that the order was successful. When Mr. Liang, who thought he had picked up a big bargain, was ready to pick up the car at the 4S store, he was rejected by the 4S store on the grounds that the "information officer mismarked the price", let Mr. Liang refund himself, and changed the pricing to 119800. In the subsequent communication, the 4S store refused to pick up the car from Mr. Liang on the grounds of "web price as the test drive package".

Mr. Liang disagrees with the idea of a 4S store, saying that he has never seen a test drive package that requires 10,000 yuan. According to the details page, "if you fail to perform the contract, the deposit will be refunded to one for one", but the online store said that there is no possibility of a deposit for one to one, it is an electronic voucher with a list price of 10,000 yuan, and the rest of the money will be delivered to the physical store with the CAPTCHA code. Now Mr. Liang wants the 4S store to give him the car at the price I bid at the beginning.

From the goods ordered by Mr. Liang, we can see that there is indeed the word "test drive", but there is only BYD's car model on the product link, and it is impossible to judge whether 10,000 yuan is the price of a new car or a test drive package. On the issue, BYD's official customer service denied the existence of a test-drive package and said it was not clear whether the store chosen by Mr. Liang was a BYD dealer.

As can be seen from the order page, Mr. Liang chose Beijing Xinminheng Jiaxin Automobile sales Co., Ltd., and through inquiry, this online store is indeed a specialized dealer of BYD cars.

Tmall said that customers have the right to choose their own refund before delivery, because the vehicles stored in 4S stores can not be forced to ship, but the situation can be recorded and fed back to the merchant regulatory authorities, they will assess and deal with it. And the merchant promised to return one to one, if the follow-up is not fulfilled, will contact the merchant to deal with.
