AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)06/13 Report--

A recent article, "pleading with media teachers with a sense of justice, is it that Ford China is blind, or is the iron triangle of Yang, Xiong and Huo too shameless?" the article circulated on the Internet, questioning the bidding process of Changan Ford Public Relations Agency and pointing out the relationship between Changan Ford executives and a public relations agency.

In response to this matter, Yang Song, president of Changan Ford's national sales and service organization, responded that "the Qing is self-clear, and the rumors stop at the wise" and take legal measures to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

A public relations agency in question also issued a statement in response to the incident. Junxin brand statement said that the article fabricated a large number of false information to maliciously denigrate Junxin brand.

Junxin said that the article mentioned that Junxin brand 'early big customer was Dongfeng Nissan, and in recent years he served Bowo Automobile.' Since its establishment, Junxin brand has not participated in serving the above two enterprises; with regard to the public relations public bidding of Changan Ford mentioned in the article, Junxin brand should participate in the bidding through public channels, and the bidding process is in line with the bidding articles of association, and completed under the joint supervision of the legal affairs, procurement, incorruptible office and other departments of the bidding unit.

In accordance with the requirements of the company's internal process, the Changan Ford Integrity Office also participated in and supervised the key links of the bidding. Changan Ford also said that if any personnel of the company are suspected of violating the law and regulations in the course of business, they will be dealt with seriously once verified.

A total of 75323 vehicles were sold from January to May, up 27.6% from a year earlier.
