To Ms. Ma's surprise, the package service she bought was only done once, and the 4S store was empty, worried that the next maintenance and vehicle repair services could not be guaranteed.

Why does the 4S store say it's gone? It has something to do with a message released by both Dongfeng Renault shareholders. Dongfeng Automobile Group released the news of the reorganization of Dongfeng Renault on April 14, saying that due to the decline of the domestic automobile market and the operating conditions of Dongfeng Renault, shareholders planned to reorganize Dongfeng Renault. Dongfeng Renault will stop Renault brand related business activities.

On the same day, Renault Group also announced that Renault Group will transfer its shares in Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd. to Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd. Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd. will stop carrying out business activities related to the Renault brand.

This also means that Dongfeng Renault this enterprise and brand withdrew from the stage of history.

Although there is a reason, Dongfeng Renaude car owners believe that even if adjusted, as a 4S store or dealer, there should be an explanation for car owners.

At present, the local market regulatory authorities have been involved in this matter. According to the relevant staff of the market supervision department, the store began to close on June 1 and has received more than 20 related complaints. After contacting the head of the Yong Nuo Dongfeng Renault 4S store, the other party said that they were forced to close the shop because the manufacturer had suspended the supply of related products and parts, and had actively negotiated with the manufacturer.

The relevant staff of the market regulatory department said that in response to consumers' demands, consumers can solve the maintenance on their own, and then keep the relevant bills and lists as evidence for the normal protection of rights after Dongfeng Renault restructuring. At the same time, the market regulator said it would hold an interview with the 4S store to find a formal solution.
