Jiangsu Sailin Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., has seized all the assets of the Shanghai branch of Jiangsu Sailin Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.

According to enterprise investigation information, Jiangsu Sailin Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. has a total of five shareholders, the major shareholder is Nantong Jiahe Technology Investment and Development Co., Ltd., which holds about 33.42% of Jiangsu Sailin. Nantong Jiahe is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Gaokai Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., which is 100% owned by Jiangsu Rugao Municipal Government. The four foreign-invested enterprises under Wang Xiaolin contribute at the price of intellectual property rights, holding a total of about 66.58% of the shares, becoming the actual controllers of the company.

On June 19, nearly 400 employees of Sailin Shanghai Branch had no choice but to gather to discuss how to safeguard their ultimate legitimate rights and interests after Sailin was unable to continue. Up to now, Wang Xiaolin and many legal representatives of the enterprise are all abroad, the basic business of the company has come to a standstill, and the road for employees to protect their rights is long and slim. Although Sailin Automobile is an American supercar brand, it has nothing to do with Sailin Automobile of the United States in its ownership structure, and its products are also introduced into domestic production by Jiangsu Sailin Automobile, and it does not have the qualification for passenger car production. Sailin Automobile is not so much a supercar brand, it is better to use the "business card" of the supercar brand to promote itself.
