Under such circumstances, Zhongtai employees are miserable, and the storm of arrears of wages and arrears continues to ferment.

The above Zhongtai employee said, "in April this year, some of our colleagues went to the labor bureau of the district to protect their rights, asked the government to intervene to help ask for wages, and were told to apply for labor arbitration and follow legal procedures." Hundreds of people in the company are divided into different groups and apply for labor arbitration with free legal aid provided by the government. Zhongtai Automobile is one of the independent car companies with difficult operation in China. affected by the changes in the market environment and the company's operating problems, Zhongtai production and operation almost stagnated, and the once huge "Zhongtai Empire" seems to be teetering. According to the Zhongtai Automobile report, a total of 16215 cars were produced and 21224 vehicles were sold in 2019, with production and sales falling by more than 85% compared with the same period last year. In view of the reasons for the substantial loss in performance, Zhongtai Automobile said in the financial report: first, under the influence of the macroeconomic situation, the overall prosperity of the automobile industry is not high, and the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce. the company's liquidity shortage and other factors led to a sharp decline in the company's vehicle sales, falling short of expectations. Due to the sharp decline in sales, the company's operating income has dropped sharply, and operating costs have risen relatively, resulting in large operating losses.
