Specifically, there are nine joint venture cars in the top 10 rankings, and the proportion of complaints about Japanese cars continues to rise, with a total of four models on the list, while independent brands account for only one.

1. FAW Mazda Atez

Atez is currently one of the two FAW Mazda models for sale, but such an important product has repeatedly topped the list of complaints, and the car has been at the top of the list for three consecutive months. The main problem of Atez lies in the abnormal noise of the new car, including the abnormal noise of interior decoration and An and B pillars, which seriously affects the driving experience. The problems reported by many users can not be solved after the maintenance of the 4S store, and even caused some car owners to protect their rights. Mazda responded that the technical team is currently conducting problem research.

2. Guangzhou Auto Toyota Camry

Toyota Camry ranked second in the list of complaints with a cumulative total of 772 complaints in the first half of this year. The reason why the Camry is on the list is that the engine throttle broke out in the first quarter of this year, resulting in the problem of "increased oil" and "oil emulsification" of the engine. Toyota did not give a clear solution to this situation, only to give the majority of car owners an answer: it is not a quality problem and will not affect the performance of the engine. Up to now, some users still report the increase of engine oil and the phenomenon of oil emulsification.

In addition, Camry's second largest complaint is the "half-axle oil leakage", many car owners reported that this is a quality problem, and even asked manufacturers to conduct a public recall.

3. Dongfeng Peugeot 408

Peugeot 408 is a joint venture model that has been on the list for a long time. Although the sales volume of the model is small, the feedback from users is very strong. The main problems focus on four major cases: engine oil burning, engine fault lights on, engine jitter and tire cracking.

4. FAW Toyota Asian Dragon

Toyota Asian Dragon suffered the same as Camry, with a large number of early users complaining about increased engine oil and emulsified oil. Although with the dilution of the incident, the number of user complaints has also decreased significantly, but the ranking of complaints also objectively reflects the problems that have existed in the car.

5. SAIC Volkswagen Lang Yi

Lanya is the Volkswagen brand's top-selling model in China, with 427 complaints in the first half of the year. The peculiar smell in the car is the problem that Lang Yi received the most complaints from users. In addition, there are also complaints about abnormal noise of transmission and engine.

6. FAW-Volkswagen Suiteng

Suiteng is also one of Volkswagen's top-selling models in China, and its main problems focus on gearbox noise and setbacks. If analyzed in terms of the proportion of complaints / sales, Suiteng may not be on the list, but from the ranking of complaints, it also reflects the experiences of some users.

7. SAIC Volkswagen Passat

The Passat is the hottest model in the first half of the year. Under the C-IASI crash test of the China Insurance Research Institute, the A-pillar is bent and the car body is seriously deformed, so the car also has complaints of "suspected design defects." The other problems point to the gearbox, including transmission thump, abnormal noise, electronic control unit failure and so on.

8. Harvard F7

The Harvard F7 is the only autonomous model in the top 10, with 338 complaints in the first half of the year. The Harvard F7 is also a popular model under Great Wall at present, but users generally report that there are problems in the engine system, including stutter, black screen, navigation stutter and planning errors.

9. Dongfeng Nissan Xuanyi

Nissan Xuanyi is currently a hot-selling car system on the market, manufacturers through the new and old models sold in the same house to achieve good market results. However, many users complain that Xuanyi has abnormal transmission noise, transmission setback, engine noise problems.
