Mr. Yang's BMW has been bought for almost three years. Recently, he went to Hangzhou Baolong 4S store for a pre-guaranteed full-car inspection. Mr. Yang did two car-wide checks on June 17 and July 2. It was found that parts such as shock absorbers and engine brackets needed to be replaced or repaired. Shortly after the inspection on July 2, there was something wrong with the left headlights that had not been found before.

Mr. Yang said that after checking and driving back, the headlights malfunctioned, which caused the headlights to leak, and a series of problems caused the windows not to shake, the radar ineffective and the turn signal malfunctioning.

On July 4, Mr. Yang drove the car back to the 4S store for repairs, but was told by the staff that there was no warranty and that he had to pay for the headlights if he wanted to change them.

According to the maintenance list of 4S store, "after being dismantled and checked by the technician, it is found that the water in the left headlight leads to a short circuit of the REM module (the left headlight has maintenance marks)", and does not specify whether the headlight is the original factory. Mr. Yang believes that if the 4S store thinks that the headlights are not from the original factory, they should write it down.

A spokesman for the 4S store said that in the whole process before the release of the insurance, only to see whether the headlights will be on, whether there is water, the normal process does not go back and take it down for inspection, and after returning to the factory after two days, the car owner reacts that the headlights are flooded, and the 4S store removes the headlights and sees traces of maintenance.

According to the picture provided by the press spokesman, there is a nail in the red circle in one photo, which is used to fix the lamp body; in another photo, a piece of paper is affixed to the back of the headlamp, which says "invalid tear." both of these two photos can prove that many of the original factory repairs.

The spokesman said that the label certainly did not come from the 4S store, whether it was an accident or the replacement of the assembly, it would not be affixed. As for the headlamp is not the original factory 4S shop can not be identified, can only be said to be "non-original factory maintenance".

Mr. Yang said that he had never changed the headlights and had never had an accident, so it was impossible for him to pay 10,000 yuan for headlights. At present, Mr. Yang has reported the situation to the Market Supervision Bureau, and the follow-up report will continue to follow.
