Judging from the three subsidies, the largest subsidy was issued by Haikou Human Resources Development Bureau on July 6, with a subsidy amount of more than 1200 yuan.

This is mainly a subsidy for "steady return of enterprises that support enterprises to tide over the difficulties together in response to the COVID-19 epidemic", which means that seahorse cars have indeed suffered a considerable impact under the epidemic, but it is not surprising that seahorse cars have always been the key support objects of Hainan automobile policy.

At the same time, Haima Motor also said in the announcement that according to the provisions of the "Accounting Standards for Enterprises No. 16-Government subsidies", the above-mentioned government subsidies received by the company belong to government subsidies related to daily activities. it will be counted as "other income" in 2020 when it is actually received. And the amount is expected to increase the company's total profits of 2010000.00 yuan in the second quarter and 12537205.80 yuan in the third quarter of 2020 (unaudited).

According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, Haima Motor has issued a total of more than 5234 yuan in government subsidies for four times, and there are nearly 40 million yuan in subsidies after deducting the subsidies after July, which will help Haima Motor to make its first-half results more eye-catching. According to the first-quarter results of Haima Motor this year, revenue in the first quarter was 463 million yuan, down 37.85% from the same period last year, while net profit was-99.19 million yuan, down 125.53% from-44 million yuan in the same period last year.

It is worth mentioning that it is obviously impossible to rely on the core business of cars to help the company improve its performance because Haima Motors is not doing well in the automotive sector when the current market is showing signs of recovery.

In response, Haima Motors also announced on the evening of June 3 that in order to optimize and invigorate the stock of assets, the company intends to publicly sell some idle properties of the 145properties (with a total area of about 4217.05 square meters) of the Li residential building at No. 2 Jinniu Road in Haikou City through bidding and / or entrusting intermediaries to hang out in the second-hand housing market according to the market price. The book value of the property to be disposed of is 4.3771 million yuan, with a net value of 175100 yuan.

Haima Motors said that whether the transaction was completed and the transaction price was still uncertain, and the impact on the company's operating and financial position was uncertain. However, for the current financial situation of Haima, the successful sale of these properties is only a drop in the bucket.

According to the latest production and sales data released by Haima Motors, production in June was 1013, down 75.59% from the same period last year; June sales were 1323, down 64.26% from the same period last year. All the models involved are SUV. Since January, production of MPV models, passenger cars and crossover models has all reached zero; cumulative sales are 6529, down 54.74% from a year earlier, and all models sold are SUV. Cumulative production from January to June was 4858 vehicles, down 62.72% from the same period last year. So both sales and production of seahorse cars have fallen for six consecutive years this year, continuing to be depressed.

Obviously, the biggest goal of the once magnificent seahorse car this year is to survive. Some industry insiders said that although selling houses is not a long-term solution for Haima, the top priority for Haima should be to enhance its competitiveness by disposing of idle assets, otherwise it may become another car company facing collapse this year.
