According to the latest performance forecast for the first half of 2020 released by Zhongtai Automobile, it is estimated that the company will lose 750 million-1.05 billion yuan in the first half of 2020, down 158.25%-261.56% compared with the loss of 290 million yuan in the same period last year;

Zhongtai Automobile said that the decline in performance was mainly affected by the shortage of funds in the first half of the year superimposed on the epidemic situation of Xinguan pneumonia and the overall prosperity of the automobile industry was not high, resulting in the basic shutdown and semi-shutdown of all subordinate bases of the Company. The automobile production and sales of the Company dropped sharply, and the sales revenue dropped sharply, resulting in a large performance loss of the Company in the first half of 2020.

According to Zotye Automobile, the decline in performance was mainly caused by the shutdown. Although Zotye did not publicly disclose specific sales data for the first half of the year, a few days ago, Zotye replied to Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau's regulatory inquiry letter that the company produced 16215 cars in 2019, sold 21224 cars, and had 843 car balances by the end of 2019. From January to June 2020,574 vehicles will be produced and 1417 vehicles will be sold.

Obviously, since this year, Zotye Automobile has indeed fallen into a shutdown state. Despite the "National Six" policy, since 2019, Zotye Automobile has experienced a decline in sales due to no car purchase, and finally chose to stop production. According to the semi-annual performance forecast of 2020 released by Haima Automobile, during the reporting period from January 1,2020 to June 30,2020, the net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 140 million yuan to 190 million yuan, and the net profit loss of Haima Automobile in the same period of 2019 was 178 million yuan, which was in a small increase or decline.

It is worth noting that this is not brought by the sales volume of Haima Automobile in the first half of the year. According to the latest production and sales data released by Haima Automobile, the output in June was 1013 vehicles, down 75.59% year-on-year; the sales volume in June was 1323 vehicles, down 64.26% year-on-year. 1-6 The cumulative monthly output was 4858 vehicles, down 62.72% year-on-year. According to the announcement disclosed by Haima Automobile a few days ago, the three subsidiaries of Haima Automobile have received a total of 14.5472 million yuan of various government subsidies, all of which are in the form of cash subsidies. The largest of the three subsidies was granted by Haikou City Human Resources Development Bureau on July 6, with the subsidy amount exceeding 12 million yuan. According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, Haima Automobile has accumulated four times to obtain government subsidies of more than 52.34 million yuan, deducting subsidies after July also has nearly 40 million yuan of subsidies, so this has helped Haima Automobile in the first half of the financial data change or realize profit correction.

In addition, on the evening of June 3, Haima Automobile also issued an announcement saying that in order to optimize and activate the stock assets, the company plans to publicly sell 145 sets of properties (total area of about 4217.05 square meters) located in No.2 Jinniu Road, Haikou City, through bidding and/or entrusting intermediary agencies to hang out in the second-hand housing trading market according to market prices. The original book value of the property to be disposed of is 4.3771 million yuan, with a net value of 175,100 yuan.

Although the successful sale of this batch of real estate is only a drop in the bucket for Haima Automobile, it will still have a positive effect on Haima's profit performance.

On the whole, under the environment of shrinking competition in the automobile industry, many automobile enterprises have experienced difficulties in operation, shutdown and production, employees 'rights and salaries, suppliers and dealers' rights and payments frequently. China's automobile market is entering a new stage of shrinking competition, the concentration of the market is constantly improving, and weak brands are facing elimination.
